The Approach

Conservative by Default.

Most people who dislike their injectable results didn't get bad product. They got too much of it, placed without a plan.

Dr. Laura starts under-treated rather than over-treated. You can always add at a follow-up; you cannot remove a wrinkle relaxer once it's placed. For fillers, she treats the structure causing the problem rather than filling the line you're pointing at — a flattened cheek is often why the fold below it looks deep.

If she doesn't think a treatment will help you, she'll say so. That happens more often than you'd expect.

Wrinkle Relaxers

Botox, Jeuveau & Xeomin

Relaxing the muscles that crease the skin — forehead lines, the vertical 11s between the brows, and crow's feet. Results appear over three to seven days and last roughly three to four months. Dosing is per unit, so you pay for what you actually need.

Hyaluronic Acid

Juvederm Fillers

Restoring volume where it has been lost. Voluma for cheeks and midface, Vollure and Volbella for finer lines and lips, Ultra and Ultra Plus for deeper folds. Hyaluronic acid fillers are reversible — a meaningful safety advantage.

Collagen Stimulator

Sculptra

Rather than filling space, Sculptra prompts your own collagen to rebuild over several months. Best for overall facial thinning rather than a single line. Gradual by design, which is why it reads as natural.

Thread Lift

PDO Threads

Dissolvable sutures placed under the skin to lift and reposition tissue, or to stimulate collagen along a specific area. A middle option between injectables and surgery, with far less downtime than the latter.

Forehead lines and the 11s are the most common first treatment. Lips, cheeks, and jawline follow. Chin projection and nasolabial folds are frequently addressed together, since they are structurally related.

Overfilled, migrated, or asymmetric filler from elsewhere can often be dissolved and rebuilt. Dr. Laura teaches correction technique to other providers, and takes these cases regularly.

Most injectable appointments run 20–45 minutes. Topical numbing is used where it helps.

A check at two weeks for wrinkle relaxers. Adding a little is easy; removing is not, which is why we start low.

Before You Book

Will I look frozen?

Not with conservative dosing. The frozen look comes from over-treating, usually across the whole upper face at once. Dr. Laura treats fewer units than most practices as a starting point and adjusts upward at your two-week follow-up if you want more movement gone.

How much Botox will I need?

It varies significantly by muscle strength, sex, and area. Because pricing is per unit rather than per area, you'll get an exact count at your consultation before anything is scheduled.

What's the difference between Botox, Jeuveau, and Xeomin?

All three are botulinum toxin type A and work the same way. They differ slightly in formulation, onset, and how the molecule is stabilized. Jeuveau and Xeomin are priced a dollar less per unit here. Dr. Laura will discuss which suits you, including if you've had a poor response to one previously.

Is there downtime?

Wrinkle relaxers typically have none beyond small temporary bumps at the injection sites. Fillers can bruise and swell for several days — plan around events. Thread lifts have the most downtime of the three.

Can filler be removed if I don't like it?

Hyaluronic acid fillers, including the Juvederm collection, can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. Sculptra and PDO threads cannot be reversed the same way, which is part of why the consultation matters.

Who shouldn't have injectables?

Pregnancy and breastfeeding, certain neuromuscular conditions, active infection at the treatment site, and some allergies are contraindications. Your full history is reviewed at consultation, and Dr. Laura will tell you plainly if you're not a candidate.
